This North Texas Home was finished out in BioLime Lime Plaster in a finish called “Lime Slurry”. The color is just White. This finish is completely different from Paint and requires a significant amount of work. It’s typically done in two or more coats hand troweled on and then finished as it sets up. Unlike a smooth plaster this finish still shows the shapes of the substrate below, in this case an Oklahoma Stone. There are numerous variations and finishes that can be done with this material including adding colors, glazes, washes, mineral paints and multiple coats or even a partial coat to create a Schmear look.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The Oklahoma stone on this house was finished with BioLime Lime Slurry in two coats. Each coat was hand troweled on and then finished with a sponge finish to compress into the joints and soften out trowel marks. The color is that of pure white limestone, as it comes in the package.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
